Song For Faith
Five years ago this beautiful little vixen I called Faith came into my life. A juvenile fox, exploring the world with wide eyes – her curiosity, intelligence, gentleness and kindness touched my heart. I was blessed that she chose me to become her guardian and friend. She taught me so much about foxes and inspired me to become a voice for her kind. I created many films about her and Faith touched millions of hearts all over the world. Faith has also been the muse for many artists and most recently she inspired renowned Folk artist Maggie Duffy to write a song about her. This beautiful song about Faithy and our friendship struck a cord in my soul and became the catalyst to create this tribute film for her. I have not seen Faith for 18 months and still miss her every day. She is one in a million and will forever have the most special place in my heart. Faith came to my garden through the briars and the weeds
She did not come to hurt or maim but with her she brought seeds
Seeds of hope and honesty to open up the mind
She came to teach of love and trust unto the human kind.
